A striking pair of Meiji-period Imari porcelain ginger jars topped with playful foo dog finials. Decorated in classic iron red and underglaze blue with soft gilt accents, each jar features traditional Imari florals and scrolling motifs.

These decorative jars were originally used to store ginger and spices, and later became prized export pieces during the late 19th century. Perfect as a mantel pair, bookshelf accents, or flanking a console.
