PLEASE DO NOT USE ABRASIVE MATERIALS OR CHEMICALS ON ANY PIECES.
CERAMIC | POTTERY | GLASS Mild soap, with a soft cloth. Hand or air dry. Do not use bleach to clean stained pottery — it will eat away at the glaze and ceramic.
STERLING SILVER | SILVER-PLATE Mild soap, with a soft cloth if washing is needed. Use a non-abrasive silver polish with a soft cloth if polishing is desired.
COPPER Mild soap, with a soft cloth if washing is needed. Use a non-abrasive copper polish with a soft cloth if polishing is desired.
BRASS Mild soap, with a soft cloth if washing is needed. Use Brasso brass polish with a cloth, or a magic eraser if polishing is desired.
WOOD Polish with beeswax polish for non-food items. Use non-toxic, food-safe cutting board wax for food items. Tinted wood polish or stain can be used if discoloration or water damage occurs.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
ALL SALES FINAL Due to the antique and vintage nature of our products, all sales are considered final upon purchase. Our items carry the charm and character of their age, which often includes wear and imperfections that are intrinsic to their history. We kindly encourage our customers to thoroughly review product descriptions and photos, and ask any questions before purchasing.
CANCELLATIONS We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel an order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us within this timeframe to process the cancellation. Cancellations requested after 24 hours cannot be honored due to our commitment to quick and efficient processing of orders.
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER We take great care in packing and shipping our items to ensure they arrive safely. However, if there is an issue upon arrival, please contact us immediately. While all sales are final, your satisfaction is important to us, and we will work to find a fair and reasonable resolution.
