Antique English flow blue ironstone water pitcher with a striking octagonal base and rich cobalt transfer in a floral and butterfly motif. Likely mid-to-late 19th century, this piece features delicate gilded details and a graceful paneled form. Flow blue was especially popular during the Victorian era for its dreamy, blurred aesthetic. Beautiful on a vanity, table, or as a small vase. Small impressed factory number mark.
