In the mid-20th century she strongly influenced the revitalization of home cookery in her native country and beyond. She opened a shop in London called The The British Kitchenware Merchant, these pans bear the barks of her shop and her name. Dimensions: extra-large, 12.5"L x 13"L x 4.5"H; large, 11"L x 11"W x 4.25"H; medium 8"L x 8"W x 3.25"H; small, 6.25"L x 6.25"W x 3.25"H. Maker's mark on underside.
