Late 19th century French silverplate flatware service for twelve in a richly ornamented Rococo-style pattern. The set includes twelve forks and twelve spoons in the oversized European style. Notably, each piece is beautifully decorated on both sides, reflecting the French tradition of setting the table with cutlery facing down so the reverse is fully visible. French silverplate hallmarks appear on each piece.
