19th-C. English horse brass strap with Masonic medallion. Horse brass medallions were used to decorate shire and parade horses for special events. Highly collectable, and a timeless classic used to decorate the walls and fireplace hearths in most traditional English pubs. They're easily kept shiny with silver / brass polish.
