1910s Canadian Northern Steamships Limited Vegetable Dish

Operations began in 1910, with sailings between Avonmouth, Quebec, and Montreal during the summer, and Halifax in the winter. During World War I, the ships were repurposed as troop transports in 1914, and the company was acquired by Cunard Line in 1916. James Dixon & Sons makers mark stamped on the bottom.
