Antique French "MJ" Dinner Napkins, S/12

Set of twelve hand-stitched antique French dinner sized napkins. They are the large, European style napkins. "MJ" monogram is shown from two angles, could possibly also be "PW". This set has exceptional stitchery, more ornate than most. Pattern on pattern damask fabric. They have survived the century in very good condition and have remained bright white.
