1930s French Art Deco Flatware, Service for 12

36 piece service for twelve in Art Deco style French flatware. Made circa 1920s. Set is typical of French flatware, knives were often made of a different material. Flatware is also designed to be set upon a table Face down (according to French etiquette) and is decorated on both front and back. Dimensions: 12 knives, 9.25"W x 1"D x .5"H; 12 spoons, 8.25"W x 1.75"D x 1.25"H; 12 forks, . French flatware sets of this period often included only the spoons and forks, then completed with fancy knives.
